This is probably pushing the boundaries of what is considered photography, but the only real alteration is the burning-in of a pattern that could be produced in a darkroom. For this, I'm placing it in Digital Darkroom Photography instead of Photo-manipulation Digital Art; aside from the star-chart pattern image scan from an old textbook, the image is pretty-much unchanged.
The image was taken at St. Mary's Lighthouse, in Whitley Bay. I The clouds were surreal that evening, as is shown in this image; they themselves looked like mountain tops breaking through cloud cover. The tones were most interesting, too.
The post-work occurred almost at-random. The star chart itself is from public domain.

Do you make the constellations (stellar map) or where do you took it?

It was an old scan I took from a textbook that I previously used in my old school art projects, so I presume it's in the public domain else my teacher would have said something. I've edited the description to make the source more clear. :]

It was taken in a coastal town near where I live, in the North of England. I keep meaning to go back to that lighthouse to get some shots at sunrise, but I never get up in time. Heh. Thankyou for your comment.

Thankyou for that. This is one of those images that I'm never sure whether I like or not; so it's good to know that other people do, at least.

Heh, this is a photograph of the sky one morning, taken at the bottom of my street. I just cropped the horizon out; the bottom of the image is still a collection of clouds rather than the Earth.

The lower bit I thought was mountains or hills at first. Definately a nice effect.

It's more a case of the sky being consistently photogenic, I think. Thanks anyway, though.
