A few "updated" renditions of characters from Super Mario RPG... Booster and Axem Red are my favorites.
I just love redesigning these characters... their 3D models are fairly easy to work from, and with such small sprites, there's plenty of room for creative expansion on details. So far, I haven't tried to add much and stayed strictly in line with their sprite details - does anybody have suggestions for accessories / other stuff to add?Booster, Axem Red, Exor, Chancellor, and Boshi are (c) Square Enix.

This seems more like "memorable minor characters" rather than just "minor characters", after all, I bet everyone who's played it could name the characters one by one. This just calls for other characters to be shown, mainly Croc and Johnny, but hey, you did cool on these guys, so, I guess it's just wishful thinking?
What really must have brought me in this pic was Booster, funny character, but you must have captured his awesomeness by adding your own. I like it.
