what is the name of this kind of craft? I know i used to make them ALL the time in kindergarten. SOOOO FAMILLIAR!!!!!

The craft doesnt have a name really. I just call it beading. The materials are called perler beads, and i used o do hem back in the ymca... fond memories :c

Haha, really? I've actually tried making spyro using those exact beads and it never worked out . But hey, you're welcome!

Oh this is really cool. Do you know where I could order beads like this? I've always wanted to make things like this of my sprites.

I usually just buy them from the craft store nearest to me, but you could order them on walmart or ebay and places like that. Theyre called perler beads. Theres also hama beads, jumbo perler beads, mini hama beads, photopearls, funfusion, but id stick with the perler bead brand.

Oh! I know this sprite.... It's Spyro from the GBA game Season of Flame, right?
Anywho, you've done a wonderful job with it! It looks great and exactly like the sprite itself, it really made my day to see this. Fantastic work!
And I saw you questioning why this was your most popular piece; that's probably just because Spyro is such a popular character, particularly classic spyro when you're talking online.

Straight up perler beads. Arrangeable beads with colors that u melt into damn near anything. Luke spyro here.
