Decided to make a book cover for Clockwork Angel for fun since I finally found someone perfect for Tessa. Woo! lol I'll upload my 'movie poster' version later..I know I already made one but I like this cast better.

You can, but the story really does work better if you read it AFTER City of Glass, the third book in The Mortal Instruments. You will admire the characters in Clockwork Angel more because you'll know who they are ancestors of.

Thank you very much! I use Photoshop CS4 and it's about $150 with a student discount. But I used Photoshop Elements 7 before that and it was free. Gimp is another free program you can use.

does it work?? I'm looking for something somewhat easy to figure out and kinda cheap... ik its hard to find but paint.net sucks!!! i was all like

Photoshop is hard at first, because there's so many options, but it's easy once you get it. I'm a member of TDA (the-dark-arts.net) and that's where I got into using PS and learning how it works. You can join for free! It's a lot of fun and there's some great art over there. There are tons of tutorials on that site, as well as on youtube of course, that show tricks and what not when using Photoshop or even Gimp.
