people say they don't understand why Mako likes Korra all of a sudden, but actually, there's many evidences..much more than Korra's feelings for him, imo
look at the end of episode 2. he's obviously thinking about her
he gave his scarf to Korra. the only person who ever used the infamous scarf xD
he shared his past with her. which means they're really close to eachother
he turned defensive when people were booing at the Avatar(Korra)
he looked surprised when he woke up next to her
at episode 5, he's extremely jealous
Korra is the one i don't understand, honestly...she was so excited about the pro-bending tournament and then, at episode 3, she already likes Mako? i was expecting some development, but no.

I also read somewhere that apparently the seasons have already changed in the show. I guess it was fall earlier, and now it's winter (I haven't really noticed), but that would explain why she might have feelings for Mako. In "our time" it seems fast, but they aren't showing the progression of the relationship because there's so few episodes and so much to cover.

Yeah I think Mako's have been very subtle and not on the surface, so you have to look at his actions deeper. Like you mention with the scarf. Doesn't seem like a big deal until we figure out what it means to him.
With Korra, I think she was infatuated with him the moment he won that probending match by himself in episode 2. Just look at her face when Mako turns and sees her. And she obviously found him good looking. So once Mako gave her some credit at the end of episode 2, she no longer felt as hostile around him, and the fact that he was attractive and she admired him all just turned into a crush. That's what I got from it, at least.

I love the story of the the red string, and then with the scarf, it was like this massive collision of my childhood and Legend of Korra into one big mush of emotions! xD

I think so too. Bolin is funny, but I honestly can't see him ending up with Korra. I still think Asami is too nice and that something is up with her. Hopefully next episode will have something happen to shake things up.

Agreed. People keep saying Korra should pick Bolin because of how HE feels about HER, and that's my problem with that ship. It's too one-sided and well, Bolin treats Korra like she hung the moon lol. Mako isn't afraid to point out her flaws.
Asami is definitely up to something. If she turns out to be on the good side after all, I'd like to see her with Bolin, actually. I think their personalities fit better.

Too true! It is very one-sided. Korra needs someone who is honest with her and isn't afraid to call her our on her mistakes.
I would like to see Bolin with Asami too, but we will have to see how it turns out.
