He's sort of a hybrid of different anime bishies. The glasses/goggle-look-alike reminds me of Ken Hidaka from Weiss Kreuz Gluhen, then the thumbnail made me picture a CLAMP guy, then the hairstyle and cross made me think of Aya Fujimiya (Weiss Kreuz Gluhen AGAIN).
