YAY!!! Here you have the step by step of “STRAY” [link]
I hope you can understand my english ...

ENGLISH:
(I USE COREL PHOTOPAINT 11 for CG)
1-Draw, ink (with a liner fine 0,5 or 0,7) and scan it at 300 ppp. LineArt at 50% transparent.
2-Add a new object//layer (under the lineart) and make skin (with polygon tool)
3-Add more objects (over the skin but under lineart) for the hair and some clothes.
4-More objects for the jacket. With a “mask”, the colors don’t disperse to everywhere.
5-A new object under Kiba for the sky, with paintbrush tool.
6-Another object for the building thingy. Use a “blurry” effect on it.
7-More and more objects for everything in the background. Use a “noise” effect on the walls.
8-A new object for the flower (with polygon tool). And the paintbrush for the shading.
9-Other objects for each leaf and shafts.
10-Combine all the objects, and add more (over everything) for the raindrops. With the “spray” tool make something like a raining effect over the jacket and his hair.
11-Combine everything with the background and (with paintbrush tool) make some fog. Add a blurry effect on the whole pic.
12-FINISHED WORK!!!! ^___^ Nyaaaaa~~~!!!

Y ahora en ESPAÑOL:
(YO USO COREL PHOTOPAINT 11 para pintar)
1-Dibuja, entinta (con un marcador fino 0,5 ó 0,7) y escanea con 300 ppp. Líneas del dibujo con una transparencia del 50%.
2-Agregar un nuevo objeto//capa (debajo las líneas del dibujo) y hacer la piel (con herramienta polígono).
3-Agregar más objetos (sobre la piel pero debajo los contornos del dibujo) para el cabello y algunas ropas.
4-Más objetos para la campera//chaqueta. Con una “máscara”, los colores no se dispersan para cualquier lado.
5-Un nuevo objeto debajo de Kiba para el cielo, con la herramienta pincel.
6-Otro objeto para el edificio de fondo. Usar un efecto de “desenfoque” sobre el mismo.
7-Más y más objetos para cada cosa del fondo. Usar un efecto de “ruido” sobre las paredes.
8-Un nuevo objeto para la flor (con herramienta polígono) Y con el pincel hacer el sombreado.
9-Otros objetos para cada hoja y tallos.
10-Combinar todos los objetos, y agregar mas (arriba de todo) para las gotas de lluvia. Con la herramienta “spray//aerosol” hacer el efecto de la lluvia cayendo sobre la cabeza y sobre las ropas.
11-Combinar todo con el fondo y (con la herramienta pincel) hacer una especie de niebla en algunas partes. Aplicar un efecto de desenfoque en toda la imagen.
12-TRABAJO TERMINADO!!! ^__^ Nyaaaaaa~!!!!!!
