Description Revisited an old concept for a class assignment.
Inks were done traditional with sumi ink, brushes and dip pen. White splatters/touch ups with Bleedproof white watercolour.

Ahh I remember this guy!
Question: what is bleedproof watercolour? It shows up very strongly against the ink, I always fail at planning so I end up needing to put in highlights after doing all the other bits in watercolour so I am very interested in this!

Ack sorry, my bad. it isn't waterproof, but it does go over wet inks without loosing it's white.

Yup! Use it on top of your inks/paints to create highlights/whiteout

hurray! I have needed something like this for so long. I went to get some today for my christmas card design but then remembered DUR SUNDAY IN THE SUBURBS... I'll just paint the other colours tonight thanks for your handy advice!

It's a type of watercolour that is waterproof when dry. It also doesn't dry an off-yellow which is good The brand I use is: "Luma" [link]
