Description
Not much is known about this Papyrus except his world was wiped out after a genocide route, he is on a quest now to bring retribution to any human or monster with a LV of 10 or higher in Tale or Swap au's and 15 in Fell au's to 'save' AUs from said people.

He doesn't kill or dust normally, instead, he uses his power to make them relive the moment of each death of their kills. He is by No means a 'good' Papyrus, he seeks Retribution and vengeance without finding out if the monster or human has a good reason for the high LV. He seeks only to punish the wrong whether or not they are guilty, as soon as he has dealt out his warped sense of justice he leaves. Leaving his victim or victims to deal with the consequences of his actions.

This is what happens when you let your mind wonder way too far... while thinking about how most of the 'evil' monsters are Sans... I don't normally make bad guys so yeah here you go...
