Only the shadows can see him, hmm... Then, if the shadows are visible when any given individual is insane, this means they might be able to see him if they went crazy?
But they'd probably write him off as a figment of insanity, so it might not do him much good.

Amusingly, both Webber and Willow have lower sanity meters than Wilson, so they have more 'ups and downs.'
Of course the story is your own and goes in it's own direction,
But I had an amusing thought of Webber having a bad day (Stubbed his toe, dropped his mushrooms in a pond when licked by a frog, burnt the buttermuffins he was cooking, ect...) and loosing his sanity for it, since I like to think of sanity being more of an emotional thing in the game... And then being able to see Wilson for a quick moment, and be like, "Hi Wilson!" Instantly cheer up because of finding Wilson, and then, as a result of no longer being a bad state, Wilson would suddenly disappear before his eyes.
I have a feeling I explained that in too many words for it to be as funny as I saw it in my own head...
