Powers/Abilities: Energy Manipulation-Can emit energy blasts from her hands and create a ball of energy that acts as a bomb, send out a shock wave by concentrating the energy inside her body, can create a energy "doublegangger" which she can use as a puppet or used a a kamikaze. Lady Liberty Can also create an energy bubble that works as a shield for herself or other people, the shield can be used to stop bullets ( but considering her level of indestructibility, the bullet stopping function is really for bystanders) or it can be rendered air-tight for under water use, defense against gases, or even trap heat or cool air to be used as shelter against the elements.

Strength/Durability-LL's super strength allows her to lift 95-100 tons. LL has skin that is nearly indestructable, cannot be harmed by conventional weapons such as a knife, bullets, even grenades. Although, against a physically stronger Meta-Human or a blast from a tank she can be harmed.

Speed-LL's speed varies, on foot, she can run up to 200 mph. In flight, she can reach speeds up to 1000 mph (supersonic)

Agility/Dexterity-LL has heightened reaction times and agility that makes world-class gymnast clumsy.

Healing abilities: Jessica Nicole's milk has healing properties, she has the ability to absorb from her breasts to the rest of her body. Thus giving her the illusion of industrucability
