This is actually 4 scenes mashed into one, so transitions are a bit strange and movements had to be mixed strangely to make it look right. Camera setup is far from what is being used in final. Hell, since this was rendered, the scene was refined quite a bit more.

Beautiful work, I loved the video too! The view of the Equestrian Wasteland when she came out of the cellar, with the ruins of Canterlot and the Pink Cloud in the distance gave me chills.

If you are referring to PonyLumen's 3D creator, you can not directly export them out for use in SFM or Gmod. Unless you can do it yourself, you need to get someone that can reskin, hex or model one for you. You can find a list of some of those people here: sfm-ponies.deviantart.com/jour…

Do you know of any ik rigs for ponies? I noticeed you move chest1 around a lot when she talks but the legs don't move out of place constantly. Do you just move them back into position when you change the bones on the body?

Realized I only answered part of that. I position everything to match up as close as I can with each movement. This requires complicated movements to be done in steps and requires some foresight.

At the beginning when you rotate the chest, the hooves do not move. The very end of the legs stay where you put them. Shouldn't they be moved along with the rest of the leg?

I lock the hooves to prevent them from moving. Hitting the lock button without attaching it to another bone locks it to the world. I then adjust the legs to fit the movement. It isn't a perfect method, but it works for me.

I animate FK. No rig. Takes some extra time, but it makes the front legs look a bit better. I don't like how the rig works on front legs.
