Stupid boy Omega! My soff boy.His sisters got to be mermaids last year, so this year he gets to be one as well! Since he is a cyborg, naturally, that applies to the mermaid bit as well! And this turned out real nice.
I need to draw him more but I'm in the middle of a rewrite.
