Description
This is Tionese Jedi Knight Alevvni Goshar.
To clarify- Tionese is a race, not species. 'Lev is Human, and was born on Lianna Metro (in Allied Tion sector, hence Tionese).

Alevvni was born in 1 BBY to a wealthy family; her father, Fanure Goshar, was owner of the company that designed and produced TIE fighters.
Her mother, Yorli, shared Lev's amazingly red hair, but contrary to our lovely Jedi, had a strong sense of high fashion, a taste for the finer things in life, and a dedication to the Imperial ideology.
Alevvni's older brother, Alek, was training to be part of the Imperial Militia.
How, do you ask, did she then become a Jedi?
Essentially, Luke Skywalker rocked up, shortly after the fall of the Emperor, to stamp out any remaining Imperialists. He was investigating the Goshars, and met a six-year-old Alevvni.
He was the first person to pay real attention to her that was both caring and respectful. He gave her the nickname 'Levvni, or 'Lev, but also treated her like an equal. At six years old, Alevvni became besotted with him.
When Alek let slip the Goshar's plan to assasanate the hero of the New Jedi Order, Alevvni warned him, effectively causing her family to be charged with Attempted Murder and New Treason. Her parents were arrested, and Alek escaped.
Luke recognised some amount of Force-sensitiveity in her, and took her back to the Temple with him.
When she was twelve (and has grown up and out of her infatuation for Luke, which had now become a paternal love) she became Luke's first solo padawan, since the Order had been built up enough to begin one-on-one Master/Padawan relationships.
Alevvni bunked with a Zeltron named Arda-Kilj Dershan [link] [link] [link] [link] who became her best friend, and gave her the nickname 'Red'. Lev, in return, called Arda-Kilj 'Dee'. I believe it was an injoke of some sort.
Alevvni graduated with flying colours, proving herself an effective negotiator and warrior.
She took on two padawans- first Kai Vabeu (better known as just Vabeu) and Sara-Lea Solo, who became known as Sara-Lea Skywalker because Lev refused to admit the girl was not a Skywalker.
She was promoted to the rank of Master, and granted a seat on the council before her second Padawan graduated. She sat to the right of Luke in a council chair for the rest of her life.

Alevvni 'Red' Goshar is one of my favourite OCs.
She's classically boring, as Jedi must be, but she's got the spark of personality that makes them tolerable to all they meet. She's wise, and has a good sense f humour. She can't fight as well as her best friend, the Battlemaster, but she can sure diffuse a situation father than Arda-Kilj.
