So I have a question did Pacifica gain feelings for dipper after being around him so much and him just having a way with words ( in other words did she fall for a player.) Or is dipper becoming a good person because he likes her but still likes to act like a dad boy?

In my headcanons, Dipper is a complete narcissistic jerk, and he makes sure everybody knows that, but deep down (and I mean reeeaaaallly deep down) he does have his little heart, and he was pretty persistent when it came to Pacifica that eventually that persistent won her over, along with some kindness he would show her here and there in his own way.
And deep down Pacifica did enjoy the attention he would give her, even tho she would deny it, and whenever Dipper would flirt with other girls in front of Pacifica, she would get jealous

I mean like to you is dipper still like a narcissistic,manipulative, player and all that and he is changing because, he knows she would not put up with it. for example while dipper before probably would have no problem letting a turtle cross the road knowing that it will die the dipper now would pithe thing up, and carry it to the other side even if pacific is not watching? like is pacific just a another that has fallen for dipper despite him being the same awful person he was before they ever met.( would old dipper and new dipper be considered 2 different people in certain cases)

Nah he doesnβt change, Pacifica fell for him because heβs just Dipper. She did see that deep down he could be kind in his own way with her, and very rarely and subtly with Gideon too tho he would deny ever being kind.
With time, his persistent wom her over, charming her and acting like a gentlemen. However, at first these were acts because he only had his eyes on her because he found her cute, but because she was the only girl who ever refused him, it made him want her more and he found her to be a challenge, until eventually his feelings became genuine, then his attempts and winning her over were real. Only problem was, at times he was still a jerk and would leave her and Gideon in trouble whenever the four went on their little misadventures and Dipper and Mabel booked it the last minute. This is why it took Pacifica awhile to fall for Dipper. Until she started to see he wasnβt all that bad
