Also, Stevonnie has a lot of potential for fighting. They have Connie's swordfighting skills and Steven's powers, plus increased strength and agility, all in one being.

I love that. It gives the two kids controlling Stevonnie a little more power to their names. I hope we can see their friendship grow stronger, and also see Stevonnie again without it being like, 5 seconds, hahaha!

The problem with Stevonnie (and all Fusions sans Garnet) is that they're voiced by famous singers which are unlikely to return for more episodes (why they do that, I'll never know), that's why the second time a fusion appears, it's usually a short, non-speaking appearance (why they couldn't get new voice actresses instead?)

Oh, I know that already! It's just disappointing because Stevonnie is obviously important to Steven' world, and what's the cartoon about? Steven's world! I truly do hope that we get to see Stevonnie again at least, knowing that the other fusions probably have no other reason to appear again. Fusion is awesome and interesting. I would love to see more of it!
