Awesome piece!
I am randomly reminded of Calvin and Hobbes where Hobbes is teaching Calvin to be a tiger...

This really is fantastic... the concept of a little kid teaching an ogre how to be mean is just hilariously ironic, and your skill with the brush is amazing!
Keep it up!

I love it! It reminds me of Lilo & Stitch for some reason. But the moods it captures are wonderful.

Hahaha! Love their expressions.
Good work on the ogre's skin tones. Reminds me of Broms work for Dark Sun.
Your skills with watercolours are exceptional. Very nice.

This is beautiful. The ogre's eyes and posture are so innocent. The soft colors and rough material in which it's painted on adds a wonderful storybook quality to it. I'm very impressed and envious.

Wonderful watercolor. Great character. I really like how you handled this.
Insomnia and art seem to go hand in hand for a few of us. Glad to know I am not the only one to fill sleepless nights in this way.

Oh this is simply precious beyond words. I love how you drew the ogre, and am especially happy you avoided the Shrek look entierly. He looks just so gosh darned sweet, and the little girl is a character all in her own.
This picture has such a wonderful story just waiting to be told and that's what I love about it.

OK, I faved this piece over a year ago, and was going through my favorites, and saw it, and was struck again by how wonderful this painting is. This could be the cover of a children's book, and your watercolor skill is superb in this piece. While the rest of your work is so delicate, this piece is both detailed and expressive, and adds a playful twist on traditional fantasy art. I would love to see more in this style and genre from you. Thanks for creating such an enjoyable piece.
