Strangely, I like the look of the old woman's face the most. something about character of the face and the play of light and shadow on it. I like the composition too where all the movement is diagonal and downward across the picture. It's almost as if this was a poster for a movie. Nicely done.

And another poster? This has a really great, timeless look to the style and composition, it also reminds me of some of the 'classic' Star Trek novels' covers I read when I was younger--about 15-20 years ago.

OMG he does I think it is the hairstyle, or maybe something with the eyes. I told Ryan that Baron had his ”Chuck Norris” face on There is something about sci- fi from the 70s – early 80s. The first Star Wars, Original Battlestar, Buck Rogers and so on – they all had a special feel to them. It is difficult to find the words to describe what it was. There was a sense of optimism and everything was clean and bright The hairstyles, the clothes, the colours – everything was just perfect, let us go back and stay there forever
