Actually,in my AU/Theory,when Frisk fell down in Mt.Ebott,they either died or they live but either way they get possessed by Chara,because they landed on a bed of flowers(Quite persumely where Chara was buried)

Yeah, but I think that Frisk are, even if they are possessed by chara, in control mostly of the time, and chara took control of frisk just when Frisk get enough LOVE, chara even said that it was the determination of frisk who brought back them to "life". So, in my point of view, Frisk took the decision to start the genocide route to see what gonna happen, but chara finished the work.
