They're just playing around in some water at a forest creek near where they live. Demetrius and his family live in a colony on another continent, away from the Dracon Lands. As such, their climate is better described as Mediterranean rather than arid. She's playfully grabbing his horn, reaching forward a bit, closer to where the "camera" would be if this was a photograph. Sedani's neck came out a bit too long and Demetrius is a bit smaller than he ought to be, but I have little time now. At least the new horn designs for the adult male dracons seems like it is going well.
