It's not even her real name. She's a sorceress, a mother, basically a kobold, and is actually named "skree chirp chirp." She has a child, but she wasn't allowed to raise him, as per the laws of her tribe (they take the eggs and hatch them in a communal nest), so she's in exile, as she tried to get her egg back against the rules. The almost-kobold female here looks powerful, but remember, she's not even three feet tall. Her flames would maybe make it up to a human's shins, maybe the knee. Still powerful for a kobold. And yes, she's an adult by the biology of her species.
