Description
It's a small tribute to a friend who had problems with black box medication and likes to play. And, yes, I really love Alice Madness Returns and Tim Burton movies ^^
And no, I didn't play Zelda, Cry of Fear, and didn't watch Inception, but I want to do all this ^^
Modeled in Blender and rendered in Cycles and some textures in GIMP.
Comments are welcome, thanks for view and have fun!

I think that overall this was well done. Technique wise, the use of the checker board tiled floors was a great touch. Tiles them selves would have been good since they are meant to be flat and perfectly straight however the added bold contrast of the checker board enhanced the sense of motion in this piece by adding even more emphasis. The originality though is lacking. I feel as though I've seen this same concept done many times. In fact every year the first grade nine visual art project is messing with perception and there is always a student who tries (and usually fails) to do a very similar design. That said, this is one of the best attempts I've seen someone execute. The overall impact was very good. Your overall vision was well executed. Overall really well done.

Alright, this work of art is just fantastic. I have always loved photomanipulation on photoshop and this is no exception. The floor twisting perfectly along with the walls is just fantastic, although there are points at which the walls are a little see through and it's not a terrible addition to the photo just in my opinion it would have been better to have made the walls completely one color.
Another problem I have is that the ceiling and floor have an almost identical curvature, the actual problem being that they have a little bit of a discrepency in the degree that they turn. I would have loved if they had been exactly the same or if they were meant to be different, I would have loved to see the door at the end, pushed to either side, I just think it would be better if the door were off center. This is all my opinion anywho.
Overall, wonderful photo, much better than I could ever do. You're very talented.
