well, actually I think they have enough budget (they are filming season 11 rn) but they chose to not show them I guess? (except for this one scene where the angels are falling.. then of course they show wings.. gdi

I guess maybe they do...but they've always had a bit of a low-budget approach to things anyway. I bet if they tried to show the actual wings, they'd end up looking like obvious CGI like on Dominion...

Yeah, I guess you're right about Dominion not being that bad with the effects - but I always thought it was weird how the wings never seemed to show under the angels' shirts/jackets/armor or whatever.
