Hundreds of people pound the city pavement every day, yet so few take the chance to look up, to the rooftops...there could be a whole other world lurking there.

The view from above is without comparison.

This was seven or eight stories up, on the roof of an abandoned building. If you'll notice-there is a tree growing out of the rooftop behind me. Nature proves her resilience yet again. =3

This shoot was based on the character of Door from Neil Gaiman's Neverwhere, one of my favorite books of all time. I've wanted to do something liek this for a while, ever since i realized that I look very similar to how Door is described in the novel. At least, the way I picture her. XD
