And that's the best title I could come up with in 15 minutes. woooo for bad titles. XD ANYWAYS, here's my first finished concept piece with my still changing, style. For a trial run, I think it came out okay, but there are definitely some things that I'm changing and tweaking, and those will be shown in another angry Krypton bust coming a little later. Even though the shading is just a little bit rougher than what I'd been doing, it was double the fun as the completely smooth shading has been. I'm still trying to figure out and play with settings that look different, but are still fun to do, and I think I still have work to do on that front. After feeling pretty down the past two weeks, it felt great to get back into the swing of things and finish this up.~2 hours. SAI, PS on Surface Pro-- Krypton and art (c) Me. Nu steals.

Yeah, I noticed that. What made it look different from the backgrounds you normally do was the voxel looking texture mixed in with the background. Looks awesome ^.^

Haha I looked. His head does seem quite similar, but Krypton has gray and silver wings and it didn't look like Pirate did.
