you know what's sad, I've read Macbeth several times and I never linked the idea to the piece I did.

thank you
I usually don't give away my trade secrets but that's only because no one has ever asked hehehe
it's pretty simple, you just make a copy of the figure's layer, move it to the left or right depending on where you want the trail to go, then do a motion blur. Repeat that, making as many copies as you need until you have the trail as long as you need it.

it seems that there was a lot of work here, it's very interesting.
I think that the splash is a bit too big comparing to the sweetness of the girl's gesture.
And the corners (espacially the bottom) may need a bit more contrast, they look a bit insipid ^^
Great work

it's not a splash, it's the vile things of the cauldron bubbling up. She hasn't actually dumped the pumpkin in it yet.
And the corners were purposely blurred out.
Thanks for your comment

You used one of my pics... I don't even recognise it... =S lol It's an awesome manipulation! I may upload it... if you tell me which one it was... I go on site visits... take hundreds of pics of trees and stuff... and then can't remember which pic is from where...
I'm so impressed with the "dear friend" thing, it makes me warm and fuzzy inside ^-^

it's the forest path with the fence on one side and the tree on the other. That one.
