I don't know where the idea for this guy came from. I got bored in study hall. I don't know where his name came from either.

"Shell Shock is what other Decepticons call "dull". It's not that he's lazy, or stupid, or mean, his just kind of boring. Even though he is boring, that dosesn't mean he's a horrible fighter. He prefers guard duty, that way he could look into the sky and ask questions about anyting that comes to mind. This bugs other Decepticons so much that that they ignore him, or beat they daylights out of him."
