Description
My version of the DC's Batman villain. The Scarecrow is my favorite Batman villain. He's just so bad ass and goofy. I tried to stay away from the strict scarecrow look that he had in his earlier appearances, as I think ultimately looks silly. Like the one in the New Batman Adventures, he doesn't necessarily look like a scarecrow. I took some inspiration from that incarnation and from the character Schwarz from Big O. I went for a more cartoon-y look though. I gave him a satchel to carry his fear gas and other crap.Edit: Remade as I plan to do more villians.
