Looks awesome. Only gripe is the tree is a pain to navigate. Perhaps the Quick Access, Computer, OneDrive, and Network can each be shown like in Outlook's Mail, Calendar, etc. buttons? That way when you scroll down into a deep folder it isn't hard to get back to another top level place.

Side note: you have 3 different styles of down buttons (little down arrows) in your concept and I think there should be one consistent style for them.
