And finally... a last variation on this scene. I've never really posted a sequence of images like this showing work-in-progress, hopefully it was interesting to see the changes and thought process as I went along. I think(?) I'm done now, I can feel the urge to move on to a new scene.Comments on the second version pointed out that the outfit was over-conforming to the skeletal figure, and I wanted to see what I could do about that:
In this final version there were 2 major changes. First, I chose a bulkier outfit that was more spacesuit-like. Then I conformed that outfit to a standard G8F (non-skeletal) figure, posed in exactly the same position but hidden. (This left only the conformed clothes visible.) Finally on the skeletal figure I hid everything except the head.
Also, I wanted to make some subtle lighting changes. In Photoshop, I magic-wand selected the main figure and used "Level" adjustments to make the astronaut figure a little brighter against the background.
Created in DAZ Studio, postwork in Photoshop.
DAZ Products are the same as version 2, except I swapped out the clothing. The new outfit is:
