Lots going on here, but between distance fog and camera blur I was able to get the foreground focus and high contrast I was looking for.I actually raised the refraction index on the backdrop cabin material to make it look a little foggier and more blurred, I'd never tried that technique before (I mostly stick to camera dof blur.)
Scene created in DAZ Studio, postwork in Photoshop for color and lighting adjustment.
