Hey .... I took way too long for this .....

Story:
Annis's first days at Alderagte were ... interesting to say the least.
It was a bit weird to only wear uniforms. In Germany that had simply not been a thing. But at least she wouldn't have to worry about standing out from the crowd too much. Her bright red hair was more than enough to make her easy to find. ("Breymer Genes, they make for great riders and fiery hair!" was what her Dad always said.)
Then the day got even more fiery in her first Chemics lesson. She was pretty sure that setting the table on fire would count as endangerment of students but from what she heard the teacher had been doing it for every new class and no one had done anything about it so it seemed to be approved by the higher-ups.
And the guy was her head of house so she certainly wouldn't say anything about it. She just hoped he kept his enthusiasm for dangerous chemical reactions confined to the labs and didn't accidentally set their dorm on fire one night.
Now it was time for another first. Their first riding lesson.
Beddivere was calm as could be, so it seemed like he had settled in very well.
So far he was the only Haflinger she had seen here.
But that wouldn't hold them back. They may be small but they would keep up with even the tallest Grand Prix horse!
