Errrrrm, whoever you do, you gotta remember the weird gravity aspect of the distortion world, so the origin forme needs to be somewhat more fluid than it's normal state, so anyone that's quite "fluid" already will make it easier.
It really is up to you, took me quite a while to think of mine.
