I like it! Sandshrew and Sandslash aren't technically Armadillos, but close enough to make sense of it evolving into one. The steel aspect is genious too!

It reminds me of Sandslash too much x_x
BUT that's only cause I'm a huge giant fan of Sandslash (tis my favorite pokemon). I actually really like this design, I've been trying to think of an alternate evo. for sandshrew but I can't think of one x_x This looks really cool
