Yep! It's Scourge The Hedgehog in his full self!
I seriously need to stop drawing him so often, lol XD;;
Anyway~ I was listening to some music called Web Style by ASK/Silver Technology (Fight-theme music I reckon) And, well, I got inspired to draw Scourge, looking like he's ready for...well, something XD
I was gonna add Sonic into the battle, perhaps doign a spin-dash infront of the sun, but then I thought eeeeh, can't be stuffed XD
So, there we go! Took me aaaaaaaaages and ages to shade him OwO''
