After installing and run WinDynamicDesktop, Click "Import from file" from WinDynamicDesktop, then find the file from your Downloads Folder. And finally, you can set it as your desktop wallpaper!
There are other themes I had created in the WinDynamicDesktop Themes (windd.info) , but this theme might be available for download on this website maybe on a next few weeks.
