Hey Guys!So this is Labradoriteey's OCs again!I finally was able to practice a slightly more painterly style!
This is not perfect my any means but gosh, if I keep practicing, I'll get there! I'm so so happy with this piece!

This is a really eye-catching piece! The colors are bright and stand out against one another nicely and the poses are fun and dynamic. The shading for the most part is very well done, especially on the outfit of the girl on the left. The lower part of the right girl's outfit has some bits of shading that look a bit strange, especially compared to the bit along the sheer part of her outfit that has very nice looking lines of light for the shading. Using a similar technique, and maybe pulling up a few references for ideas of how sheer fabric folds and looks in various lightings and positions, would bring it together a bit.
The outline of the brown part on the legs of the left girl stands out quite a bit in comparison to rest of the outlines. Even in most of the other places where your outlines are visible, they blend in very well with the rest of the piece. Try experimenting with the outline color here, even seeing if using more than one color might be a good idea.
Right girl's pose is very good. The flow of movement is obvious and the action of it leads your eyes where they need to go. The pose of left girl is a big more ambiguous. Her hair and skirt are flowing to the left, as tho she has just come from that direction, but her pose suggests she has just moved in that direction. While sketching try putting down a line of action, and then try making sure everything flows along that line. There can be deviations from the line, of course, but making strong, powerful, and clear movement in an action scene is very important. It makes the action seem more actiony and intense.

ayyyyy it me. im back
So I like this piece a lot. The colour palette for each character is nice and tbh they're both pretty easy to look at. Overall I think the colours are the best part of this piece. So the first thing I'd like to say is that the anatomy seems kinda... awkward in some places. On the character on the left, the arm with the sword looks much longer and a little thicker than the other. And her left hand seems to have fatter fingers while her right hand looks more thin and elegant. Things like this can be easily fixed with measure lines during the sketch. Secondly, I'd like to point out that this piece seems very cartoonish and simple. This isn't a bad thing. But then you look at the hair and it kinda looks like you tried to draw each and every strand individually. This is a pretty common thing with artists and it can make a piece look awkward, or make the hair look distracting. To be honest, the flowing outlines of the hair and the few thicker lines in the hair would look just fine by themselves. Also, I'd like to point out that the linework and shading around the linework on the skirt thing on the character on the right seem too intense and dark, and that can be distracting. For a silky looking skirt like that try lowering the opacity. Same with the shading on the blonde girl. The body looks elegant and bright while the hair has shading which is way too dark and distracting.
