Description
Hello,I am ARos, and this is my first Rainmeter skin.
As a long-time user of Rainmeter, which is a fantastic desktop enhancer, I regularly check the new skins, and try them out.
Recently I was changing my desktop for the nth time, and I was looking for a decent, especially highly customizable, Notes skin.
I found very beautiful skins, but not what I was looking for.
So I decided to make one myself.
I learned a lot while making this skin.
It was mostly trial and error, the Rainmeter forums helped, and it was fun.
Rainmeter is very addictive.
FEATURES
* 5 scrollable notes
* modify each note with the default Windows editor (for many this will be Notepad)
* fully customizable: dimensions, colors and more (global or 1 note)
* revert back to pre-defined settings (if you messed up)
* possibility to hide the notes (only show the title)
The most important aspect here, is that I can easily customize it so that it fits well with other skins.
CREDITS
* the Rainmeter developers
* jsmorley for his ColorPicker skin and many posts in the forum which helped me a lot
* raiguard for his ColorPickerPlus skin
* a lot of other people who posted solutions in the forum
VERSIONS
* v1.2.0
Added a minor feature to allow enabling and disabling the hover effect on the notes (asked by LunarCycles)
-> you can now right click the title of the note or the note itself to toggle the hover effect (orange glow)
-> I will see later for a more permanent change, available in the 'Global Settings'
* v1.1.1
Found and resolved a bug
-> ColorPickerPlus did not show the base/actual color when modifying something, which was caused by using a wrong parameter.
* v 1.1
Replaced ColorPicker (jsmorley) by ColorPickerPlus (raiguard).
* v 1.0
Initial release

* If for some reason you have problems with the scaling of ARos Notes or with ColorPickerPlus,
try the following:
- forum.rainmeter.net/viewtopic.…
- if previous solution doesn't work, try to install ColorPickerPlus separately.
You can find it here: forum.rainmeter.net/viewtopic.…
