Personality: Athena is significantly less open than her brother, Shinji. She's snappy and grumpy more often then not, and doesn't try to be friendly. She'd honestly rather be left alone more often then not. The one person who's really managed to get close to her is her husband. She shows signs of affection toward him, and especially toward her two young children.
History:

Athena was born shortly after Shinji was. She seemed to have some medical problems, and had to stay at the hospital for longer. She always seemed to lack energy where Shinji never had enough for the things he wanted to do. She often trailed after him. The struggles of living in a not so great part of the city got under her fur pretty fast. She never quite raised her defenses the same way her older brother did. Even though he did everything he could to defend her and keep her safe, she eventually let the darkness take her. She fell behind on her studies constantly, barely got through school, and even turned to hanging out with not so nice people who taught her about tattoos, gothic outfits and attitudes, and bad actions. She never got too involved with them, but she did attempt dating in high school with a not so great person. He disappeared just before graduation and she turned back to her family right as Shinji took off for college. In a fit of depression, Athena got a job at the local grocery store until she decided to take a crash course on mixology. She then got a job at a bar. But one day, after Shinji had left the city to go exploring the world with his RV, she ran into an excitable bunny who spilled her coffee by bumping into her. She threatened him with harm unless he bought her a new one, and to her chagrin he called it a date. She met with him at a coffee shop the weekend after and got to know him. Slowly, she started to actually fall for him. With his mail service income and her bartender income, they arranged a quiet little marriage and settled into a home in the city for a while, where she then had her twins. She let them grow up for a few years, but eventually decided she wanted a better life for her twins. She'd heard of a small town called Lilypad from Shinji in his emails and chatting services. She decided she wanted to move her family there, to meet their Uncle and live peacefully.
