A custom adopt is where you tell me exactly what kind of character you would like for me to design. Typically you will fill out a form, covering things like:
Gender:
Species:
Clothing Style:
ect.
Customs do cost a bit more than regular adopts do (well, mine anyway!). My customs run about 200 points.
