Description
Seven tears in twenty yearsThey blacken what is good
A milky smoke
A sobbing choke
A reason to forget the joke
And do the things we should.
A dream a day to wake to
But none is one of smiles.
A broken shriek
Her terrors speak
She listens when they call her weak
And suffers through the trials.
Thereβs music in the breakdown
A melancholy sigh
A cobalt blue
That carries through
And gives the world its bitter hue
And melts into the sky.

The two lines at the end of each stanza seem better as one long line. Otherwise it's broken feeling
Deleting the "A" in the fourth line and the "and" in the last stanza would be needed of course
It is a gorgeous poem regardless.
