A shining beacon in space, all al... wait, wrong franchise!Lighting this thing has proved to be annoying! The model is near done, but some parts of the texturing are bothering me. May go back an redo them, may not.

how many weeks, erm, months have you been working on this model? i cant remember when you started but i remember the early versions. great to see it (almost) finished and lit up so nicely! wanna see it animated

Incredible detail man. Specular glow gives it a nice touch of realism. Some of the edges seem to be in need to anti-aliasing. Here's a tip: I always try to improve the quality of my renderings by rendering them out to twice the res I need, then shrinking them down to the desired res. It seems to smooth everything out and make the details crisp without artifacting. Not that you need tips from me, awesome work man. 8)
