Look who's back (sorta)! Radioactive girl (sounds like a superhero name?) is a year older, has a new outfit but is still pretty much green! Literally!

Hometown/Region: Saffron City/Kanto

Personality: Sybil's the optimistic-type of person. She's usually a happy person with a smile on her face, is very social and outgoing (loves to make new friends) and friendly with everyone (sometimes even with battle opponents). Her enthusiasm is still high as her determination hasn't wavered as well, willing to keep fighting for what she feels she has to. Just... be aware of her randomness.
Sybil also matured some after the events of last year in Ohana Islands.

Backstory:

Being the daughter of two scientists and engineers, it's no surprise that Sybil is aiming to become one as well. Ever since young she wished to spend time in laboratories where her parents worked since she wasn't allowed there. As her parent would say 'It was too dangerous'.

Her passion for science and physics only kept her researching and studying, ever since she was a little girl so she's got great knowledge in those aspects... but not for other stuff. She can be quite naïve. Sybil took a special interest in radioactivity since long ago and it has been stuck ever since, specially after suspecting that Shiny Pokemon could be related to the matter. Hours spent in the laboratories are meant to create a formula capable to transform normal pokemon into Shiny forms, and although Sybil has suceeded once by mistake (which happened with an Electrode, which she now owns, when she used to work for Team Rocket) she is nowhere near close to make it happen.

Her adventures as a pokemon trainer is something she doesn't regret as well since she used her time well to studies the species she came across with. She's been to Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh and Unova; with Unova being the place she's liked the most by far.

During the years, Sybil has also developed a hobby of hers that is to create technological stuff which turned into an aspiration. Such example can be her clothes (many devices are hidden under), her head piece (which also serves to act as a mobile phone and pokedex), her hover board, etc.

Now, after having spent experience at both UBF and BF at the Ohana Islands, Sybil plans to join her third major competition, the Hyperion Conference (although it wasn't her intention when she travelled back to Unova...).

Curious facts:
Sybil no longer shouts random remarks about being radioactive although she still thinks so;
She's affraid of heights and Flying (which is ironic since her boyfriend's a specialist in Flying-type) although she'd been trying to get over it ever since she taught Fly on Tesla (her Golurk);
She spent a whole year in Unova, studying about shinies and the new technologies before participating in the Battle Frontier in Ohana Islands;
She used to be part of Team Rocket prior to the UBF events but is over them and regrets helping with their research.
Her clothes are adaptable to different weather temperatures since she has warming and cooling devices under.

Neon the Shiny Espeon
Nature: Naive
Neon (as mention above) is Sybil's first pokemon. She was a brithday present for Sybil in her tenth birthday from her parents. In fact, she was a non-shiny Eevee then, surprisingly. A visit to the Laboratory where Sybil's parents worked was where it happened. Neon got lost inside and while she played, an experiment had fallen on top of her and for some apparent reason, turned her Shiny. The substance is still unknown until this very moment. As for personality, Neon is sweet, playful and friendly while at the same time serious in battles.

Incognito the Unown
Nature: Careful
Incognito is a pokemon that quite interests Sybil. She caught it without hesitation when she first met it. 'Cogni', as Sybil calls it, is a question in itself since it's also a very mysterious pokemon, preferring to analyze others before acting, which is something that also happens in battles. It's a very serene, patient and serious pokemon.

Chemistry the Klinklang
Nature: Bold
'Chem' for short, is perhaps Sybi's most helpful partner in her engineering work. Its form allows it and Sybil's quite grateful. She decided to bring Chem for Hyperion since it was about time it participated in a great competition after all that training ever since it was a Klink. Actually, Chem is confident in its battle skills. Despite not showing any emotions, Chem is a very daring and joyful pokemon. It enjoys fun, like pokemon battles, as well as interacting with others. Just don't get on its bad side and you'll be fine, unless you want to be on the end of those spikes...
