Description
This is a mostly animated emoticon pack I'm constantly adding to for Windows Live Messenger. It features Konata Izumi in her Winter uniform. There are 16 emoticons (12 of which are animated). The two that look the same are different, one is just a static smile, the other is nodding.

The order in the picture is (A for animated, S for static):

SAAA
AAAS
AAAA
ASSA

Each one is 50x50 and the static ones have two frames so that they will remain full-size when imported into WLM.

Feel free to use and/or modify them.
