Tried something new with shading ^_^ I kinda really like it?

Anyways, pretty proud of this! And the character was quite fun to draw, though if I get them or not, that's something else lol.

I imagined this guy to be pretty... psychotic, with dreams of becoming ruler, while also being very unnoticed, though he has dark thoughts and when met, he can be very uncomfortable to be around. I also imagine him to be that person who isn't afraid to speak their mind, saying things that he will do that could get him in serious trouble, but doesn't do it, so no action is taken. Kinda like those people on dA who are the worst people you have ever (and will ever) meet but dA "can't" (or, doesn't) do anything about. Idk, just my interpretation on him.
