somebody asked me about coloring but i don't know how to make tutorial, sorryfor the skin, just use bright red to highlight(?) the edge of shadow, that is my only tip........

Great to see the process! I was wondering, when painting on photoshop, how to you go about the layers? I mean, when do you know when to create a new layer and for what? I've always been confused about that.

if i'm not sure it will looks great or not, i'll create a new layer, whenever i feel it looks not right i can delete the whole layer.
if you have several ideas you can also use layers to see how they look like
