for me it looks like a monster or a zombie walking into a little girl´s dorm, because of the small chair, all the darkness the white background matching the whole darkness of the pic, and the model that looks like gasping for something in the air...maybe child´s blood... great work on this!

I'm a bit happy that I'm looking at this before you describe what you intended it to be about, because it has two very different meanings in my mind right now, neither of which are probably what you meant to create.
The first is the more obvious, scary and disturbing. The figure, the pose, the strong shadows...it makes me think of seeing something scary in the dark, half-awake, not sure if it's real or not.
The second thing I see in this is escape from a damaging situation. The person has already been broken by whatever's going on, but has managed to find the strength to sneak towards the door and grasp at freedom.
