hehe, some of you might already gave me the image of a ranty guyThis work illustrates a vision most of us are disgusted from; the rotting of every organic matter. now, don't take me wrong, but I hate every rotting stuff too; however, I think we're at a point in which we are going to far. here, I'm referring to embalment. a little embalment is good; so that the corpse don't stench up the funeral home when they are exposed. but why, oh why, must that continue long after? there's no more room in our cemetarys! normally, after 50 years, if the people working for the cemetary haven't any news about the family of a deceased, they can resell the lot to bury someone in it. after all, normally, after 50 years, in my country's damp climate, there shouldn't be anything left. NORMALLY. buuut not only in canada, I read that in germany too, they had this problem, and probably in other countries too, because of our stainless steel technology advanced super scealed ΓΌber caskets that won't rot in a million years, both the body and the casket will be still almost intact for many centuries!(well, the body will have the time to rot, but the casket will still be there.) what happens in this case? OUR CEMETARYS WILL STAY FULL! that just shouldn't happen! why can't people just accept that their beloved ones ROT? it's nature, it feeds the worms, and it makes good plant food! let nature take its course! so when I die, just burn me up and sell me as fertilizer, or just bury me like the pope; in a simple wooden coffin, with almost no fucking chemicals pumped in my orifices. I don't want my asshole to ooze formaldehyde while I rot! and it can't be good for the grass either.
