Experimenting how to moveΒ with a below knee prothesis. A fake prothesis created with a plastic le, covered with nylons. The plastic leg blocks the feet movement and visually looks good. I plan to use this with an actress in a shortfilm to recreate a above knee prothesis.SOON ON SALE

I use rubber belt for bondage my leg under knee. After one hour feet is totally nub like prosthetic but sole need fix

To make this fake protheses you could use this stockings exposition leg

1. Cut the leg at sides as you can see in the images below. You can cut as I do to make a below kneww protheses or a above knee one. Look the detail of the cut in the toes. You must cut that way to use the toes to better hold the protheses, this make your fake feet a Little bit longer but is no problem to me. The sole is removed to fix the shoes (the sole was very hard to bend)

2. Put a bandage on your knee
3. Put the protheses on your leg and fix it tight with adhesive tape
4.- Cover the protheses with 4 or more nylons. I use 4 to preserve the fingers aspect (You can play with different settings)
5- Put the sock in the knee
6- I cover then my leg with a nylon but this is optional.
