I love the way this artwork is done in just black and white alone, you did an excellent job doing this.
If you heard of Death Battle before and actually want this idea to happen, you should go to www.screwattack.com and tell Death Battle to tell Wiz & Boomstick to one day do Cody Travers from Final Fight vs Tom Cody from Streets of Fire as Cody Travers is in fact based off of Tom Cody himself (believe it or not, this is true).

haha, they did a good job with Cody's theme music, definitely one of my favorites from SSFIV. I went back and played FF all the way through just to hear which track they used and remixed. I facepalmed myself when I realized it was the intro!

I don't know what I like this so much....usually I'm faving the lovely ladies of SF and occasionally Cody. Shirtless men almost never make my favorites, but this...this is just so very intense. Nothing's even going on they're just hanging out but it's like....OHHHH.
Okay that makes no sense what I said above. This is an awesome pic. I love the expressions and I'm a sucker for charcoals and monochromatics. Even Haggar looks awesome. This picture just radiates intensity. I must fave it.

Wow! Haggard was a BEAST in this game. Unlike most power hitters, he was quick on his feet, as friendly as a rattle snake and would suplex a man right out of his shoes!

I'm with you on that. A lot of game franchises are going back to the basics, but with today's technology (e.g. Mortal Kombat). We can only hope.

Love the monochromatic style. Haggar and Guy are perfect. Cody's face is a bit off, proportion wise, still good, but it's just that you did a better job on the other two
